Paradise is the perfect house for your larger groups. It is a two story house with two kitchens and two living areas. It sleeps 32 people with eight bedrooms and 5 baths. It sits on the Frio River with a walkway down to the river and an area next to the river to set up your coolers and chairs. It comes with a small playground for kids, volleyball and horseshoes. The porches are large and the perfect place to sit and relax after a long day on the river. There is also a fire pit for your enjoyment.

  We had a little maintenance problems this year. Really for the price paid, bathrooms should be updated a bit. Otherwise everything was great - furniture still good and location and back patios are wonderful for our group. Thanks for leasing!
