  Our family visits the Frio every year. We really enjoyed our stay at Pryor Patch. We appreciated the privacy of the house, and the private parking to river access. ((Note: I did have to call and ask about the private parking area.) The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots/pans, and a nice sized pantry. The bed configuration was perfect for our family, and the beds were comfortable. The temps were near 100 degrees, so we really appreciated the good working a/c. The front porch was great for drinking coffee and watching the deers, birds, and turkeys in the morning. Also wanted to note that we needed a mechanic because one of our vehicles was overheating. I called Nicole with Frio Family Getaway, and she was so helpful in trying to find someone to come out for us. It was another successful trip!

  This house is super cute and secluded! Private river access is right around the corner and since the location is just off River Road, it is convenient to many businesses, such as the convenience store, restaurants, gift shops, tube rentals, etc. The house was clean and well-maintained and the property manager, Nicole, was there for us for anything we needed.
